Who is in and who is out. Russia returns to the
contest after last years debacle.
None of the 2017 countries have withdrawn
and they are all looking forward to a lovely fourthnight in sunny Lisbon. Nice
beaches, wonderful food, beautiful culture, great music and a bit of
competition to justify the expenses.
